MONTESSORI ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
The Travelling Stage is a premier provider of enrichment programs for Montessori Schools. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly programs available in your space. Registration can be managed by The Travelling Stage or through your school/centre. Our programs cater to Toddlers, Pre-Casa, Casa and Elementary Children.
MULTI-WEEK PROGRAMS – AVAILABLE IN 8, 12, 16 WEEK AND FULL YEAR DURATIONS
CIRCUS ARTS
Children will love stepping into the circus ring to perform as clowns, acrobats, and magicians. Program includes clown and mime exploration, role playing, magic and drama, acrobatic and balancing acts and circus inspired movement.
FRACTURED FAIRY TALES
This program reimagines classic fairy tales by adding humorous and modern twists. Each session presents a well-known fairy tale but with unexpected changes in the plot, characters, and setting. The program aims to encourage creativity, diversity and critical thinking through unique storytelling.
GIGGLE GROOVE
This creative class was designed with active toddlers in mind! Children will explore music, movement and stories as they work on their gross motor skills.
INFANT AND TODDLER MUSIC PROGRAM
Through playful songs, movement activities, and exploration of age-appropriate instruments, children will develop essential skills in language, motor coordination, and social interaction.
MAD ABOUT MUNSCH
Based on a different Robert Munsch story each week, this multi-session program aims to unlock imaginations through drama strategies, movement, creative exercises and role play activities.
MUSICAL PRODUCTION PROGRAM
Participants will sing, dance and act with the culminating task being the presentation of a musical! This is a great program if you're looking for something to show to parents and invited guests. Please note that this program requires at least two terms to ensure participants are ready. *Depending on your selection, a licensing fee may be added. Connect with us for details.
OUTER SPACE ADVENTURE CLUB
Inspired by space exploration, planets, stars and our solar system, this multi-week program combines drama, dance, music, imagination, yoga, mindfulness and storytelling with a different adventure each week.
PIRATE ADVENTURE CLUB
Participants will set sail on the high seas as pirates searching for treasure and adventure. Each session will have participants role playing, creating and performing pirate-themed adventures. Program will also include storytelling sessions about pirate legends and treasures.
PRESCHOOL DANCE PROGRAM
Led by experienced instructors who specialize in early childhood dance education, each session is crafted to engage young dancers through playful activities and age-appropriate choreography. Children explore basic dance techniques, develop coordination, and enhance motor skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.
STORYTELLING ADVENTURE CLUB
Based on a different story each week, this multi-week program aims to unlock imaginations through drama games, movement, exercises and role play activities.
THE ANIMAL KINGDOM
Children will explore animals and nature through creative movement and dramatic arts.
THE DETECTIVE AND MYSTERY CREW
This program has participants becoming detectives to solve mysteries through dramatic play. Each session will introduce a new mystery, which students will act out through role playing, scenarios and clues. This is an improv program that's best suited for school age children.
THE YOGA ADVENTURE CLUB
This multi-week program explores a different adventure and theme each week through yoga and mindfulness.
TRAVELLING STAGE BALLET PROGRAM
Our curriculum introduces students to classical ballet movements, positions, and vocabulary, fostering strength, flexibility, and poise. Through structured exercises and creative choreography, students build confidence and discipline while exploring their passion for dance.
TRAVELLING STAGE BUCKET DRUMMING PROGRAM
This exciting program introduces children to the art of percussion using buckets and drumsticks. Led by experienced instructors, sessions focus on teaching basic drumming techniques, rhythms, and coordination through interactive and engaging activities.
TRAVELLING STAGE HIP HOP PROGRAM
Designed to inspire young dancers, our program blends the latest hip hop styles with a focus on fun and creativity. Led by passionate instructors with expertise in hip hop dance, each class is dynamic and engaging.
TRAVELLING STAGE THEATRE PROGRAM
Participants will learn the basics of theatre and how to use their voice, body and emotion to bring a character to life. This multi-week program is a great introduction to performing.
UKULELE PROGRAM FOR KIDS
This program offers an engaging and educational experience where children can learn to play this versatile and fun instrument. Cost of ukulele rental extra or we are happy to order each student one to use and keep should you wish.

AT THE BALLET
Nutcracker Experience – This program introduces creative movement, drama and beginner ballet to children through the story of the Nutcracker.
BEACH PARTY
Fun music, energetic movement and a party atmosphere makes this workshop a big hit! A great workshop if you’re looking for a combination of dance and drama.
'BE YOU' Song and Dance
Participants will learn popular songs and fun choreography in this high energy program with a focus on building confidence and bringing out their inner star!
MUSICAL THEATRE
Sing, dance and act with routines from famous Broadway Musicals!
CALL OF THE WILD
Children will explore science and nature through dance and dramatic play.
CAMPFIRE STORIES
Your kids will love hearing campfire stories and bringing them to life, with tons of theatre based activities and fun!

DANCING THROUGH THE DECADES
Participants will experience dance from a variety of eras. Program includes Charleston, Swing, Twist, Disco, Retro 80s, Thriller, Hip Hop, Flash Mob and Current Dance Trends.
ENCANTO INSPIRED DANCE and DRAMA
This program explores the world of Encanto through music, movement and drama. Children will sing, dance and act their way into Mirabel's world of Colombian music, Latin dance, flowers and magic. This is a fully participatory workshop.
FRIENDSHIP and KINDNESS YOGA
Explore the concepts of friendship, community and kindness through accessible yoga poses and breathing techniques.
FROZEN INSPIRED DANCE and DRAMA
This program explores the world of Frozen through music, movement and drama. Children will sing, dance and act their way into the world of ice castles, silly snowmen and magic. This is a fully participatory workshop. Children are encouraged to wear costumes, but it’s not required.
GARDEN YOGA
Kids will learn about ways they can protect the earth while enjoying the benefits of yoga through our new eco-yoga program. We encourage you to run this program in an outdoor space.

This fun, active and spontaneous drama workshop utilizes improvisation exercises and theatre games to help students sharpen their ability to think quickly and work as a team.

Lively movement, energetic rhythms and Latin music make this program a huge hit with little ones.
MINDFULNESS FOR CHILDREN
This program introduces children to the concept of being mindful through experiential lessons on intention, attention, attitude and gratitude. Participants will explore ways to live in the present moment with openness and gain tools to move through their days with more joy, ease and kindness. This program is a great way to connect children to themselves and to the people around them.
NURSERY RHYME YOGA
Little ones will explore their favourite nursery rhymes through yoga poses, storytelling and mindful moments.
RAINBOW DRAMA
This program gives children the opportunity to participate in drama games, activities, songs, music, movement, role play and lots of imaginative play. Each session focuses on a different adventure.
SUNSHINE DRAMA
This unique program is perfect for little ones ages 18 months to 2.5 years. Each session is filled with exploration, imagination, songs, music, movement and role play.
STEP INTO STORIES
Gather around as a professional storyteller reads a well loved tale to your children. Children will have an opportunity to bring the story to life through dramatic exploration and activities after.
THE ANIMAL KINGDOM
Children will explore animals and nature through creative movement and dramatic arts.
UNDER THE SEA YOGA
Take a yoga adventure under the sea and explore ocean animals and marine life through yoga and breath work.
WILD WILD WEST
Calling all cowboys and cowgirls! Participants will explore drama and country dancing all based on the Wild West.
YOGA IS FOR EVERYBODY
This program introduces children to yoga in a safe and inclusive way. Students will learn introductory yoga poses and how to use their breath to find calm, peace and joy.
