Drama Buds (Ages 3-4)

Using popular children’s literature, students will explore character, emotion and performance. Under the direction of a professional artist educator, students will work together to perform one of their most beloved stories on our final day of session – quite possibly the most adorable thing you’ll ever see! 

Dates:
Wednesdays
Sept 12, 19, 26; Oct 3, 10, 17, 24; Nov 7, 14, 21, 28; Dec 5 – Open House Presentation for Parents
*No class on Oct 31

Time: 4:30-5:15pm

Theatre Basics (Ages 5-7)

This course helps students explore how to use their voice, body and emotion to bring a character to life. Students will explore fairy tales, fables and original material through drama and fun!  Participants will work toward a final class performance for parents, which will take place on the last day of session.

Theatre Arts I (Ages 8-11)

This course helps students explore how to use their voice, body and emotion to bring a character to life. By the end of this course, students will have the tools to help them lift a character off the page and put it on the stage. Students will work toward a final class performance for parents, which will take place on the last day of session.
*We recommend that young performers with previous drama experience enrol in Theatre Arts II​.
